Coote US - Megacast High Speed Precast Concrete Machines

This machine carries out all wet casting processes from form filling to final stripping greatly reducing the heavy labor normally involved with wet casting. A recent innovative option gives the operator finger tip control of the feed hopper including frequency control of the vibrating table. Forms are stacked to a height of 4' for curing. This can be extended to 8' by use of a Coote Form Handler. Stripping of cured product is achieved by clamping a demold pallet to the form and rotating through 180°.
