Fully Automated Panel Production |

A fully automated wet cast panel system has recently been installed
for a European customer. This Coote machine manufactures two
floor panels each 2 metres square in a single form utilising
volumetric dosing for form filling. these are then indexed through
a curing chamber and after stripping the forms are returned overhead

This module combines three functions for Hollowcore manufacture. A wire pulling feature initiates the process and thereafter a demountable concrete hopper supplies concrete to the extruder. A demountable reel enables a tarpaulin to be placed over the product and after curing it can then be removed. |
